Menu / Tab view

Formable’s UI consists of a list of views.

Views can be renamed, bookmarked and removed.
Renamed menu items can be reset to automatic naming by emptying the name field.
Recent views will be cleaned up after 12 hours. Bookmarked ones will stay in place, as well as the five most recent ones.

New views can be added to the list with the plus button, or by expanding children in a list view.
